Summary: The rooms were clean and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen but it was well equipped. The bathroom was large. Over all, it could have used some refreshing but it suited our needs. Being close to the grocery store was fabulous. Having a parking space was wonderful. The location was great. The owner is delightful.

Summary: We enjoyed our first time in Savannah and the location of the property was ideal. The property caretaker was a wealth of knowledge for great restaurants, free transportation and local tours. We would highly recommend a stay and look forward to returning!

Summary: Quaint apartment located in the beautiful historic district. Some confusion on checking in as our paperwork stated we would be in the “cozy cottage”. There were 2 apartments at the site with one called “cottage” and the other called “inn”. No key in the lock on box for the cottage and the door was locked, however, the inn was open and with the key inside. We needed to purchase toilet paper as there was just one and a half rolls for our 4 night stay. That being said, we would definitely use this property again. It was quiet, private and clean in the most beautiful city I have ever visited.

Summary: In the beautiful historic district walking distance from Kroger and Chatham dorm, this was a perfect little ground level appartment. Bonus is it had a nice parking space. You just have to know the back of the house is between two streets. The decor is a little dated but it is still clean and nice. I felt safe staying there alone and it was quiet.

Summary: Im still amazed that this place was available. We traveled to Savannah for the St Patricks Day celebrations and were shocked to find out that the parade started right in front if our booking. The host Robert was an absolute ANGEL. He made us feel very welcomed and was assured us that he was available for the duration of our stay. We had an amazing time and will be eyeing this place for next year!
