Positive: The place is well kept and comfortable. Very clean. There is a pull out couch and a nice office room, in total it is 2 bedrooms with 1 office plus the living room and the sunroom with pullout couch. So it is a pretty big space plenty of room to spread out. There was coffee; k cups provided and I saw a french press for those who prefer that. The kitchen provided plenty of pans and plates etc. one surprise was that there is a fenced in back yard with a quaint shaded outdoor seating area. The neighborhood is pretty nice when we first got there at sunset families were out walking on the sidewalk. It’s walking distance to the publix grocery store. The owner is super nice and easy to talk to I texted him a few times and he was always prompt and helpful.

Negative: The windows in the master bathroom probably need some window treatments, they are somewhat see through. We hung a sheet up over the glass during our stay.

Positive: It was in a quite neighborhood an like how open the floor plan was and the backyard had a table big enough for us to sit , the Bluetooth speakers trough out the house

Negative: Was anything I dislike about the property at all , loved it so much me and my group plan on coming back again next month and again in August
