This gorgeous 5 bedroom, 3 bath home easily accommodating up to 10 guests, features two massive master suites and boasts 4,300sq. ft. under roof with one one full acre of manicured lawns. With no stairs to climb, everything is on the same level.
Enter this remarkable home off the circular drive into the great room featuring a baby-grand, player piano and panoramic windows highlighting the true majesty of the secluded backyard with its 36,000 gallon, 9 ft. deep, swimming/ diving pool AND detached, 5 person, 85 jet, above-ground, therapeutic hot tub with foot massagers. An expansive, recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen featuring two refrigerators and one upright freezer and breakfast bar are standing by to service your needs. Outside the main kitchen, is a state-of-the-art, fully lit BBQ complex
Our backyard is like no other making you will feel immediately relaxed the moment you step foot outside. Multiple palm trees, manicured grass lawn and tons of foliage, set against beautiful views of camelback mountain.
During the day, walk out the front door, turn left and walk to nationally acclaimed, Fashion Square Mall with its many restaurants, theater and shopping opportunities. At the end of the block you'll find the entry to the WORLD CLASS, Phoenician Country Club Resort and Golf course, open to the public. Or--- begin your hike up WORLD FAMOUS, Camelback Mountain.
Outside, next to the pool, you'll find a barbecue station alongside a walk-up, gas-fired bar for your evening cocktail enjoyment. The fully grassed backyard( a unique feature in Arizona) is surrounded by giant, mature trees that enclose the back yard in a sea of green. In the backyard and around the corner, there is a fully equipped aerobic/anaerobic exercise facility together with Ping-Pong and "corn hole" toss, game court.
Back inside, off Master Bedroom #1, the master bath has been newly remodeled featuring a glass-enclosed, with multiple shower heads. A cozy patio set in a tropical garden environment awaits beyond Master Suite # One's, sliding glass door. Master Suite #One features a four poster, California King-size bed, Smart TV, faux fireplace and a vast array of other luxurious, en suite accommodations.
At the other end of the home is Master Suite #2. Lock the door to this enormous room and enjoy complete privacy from the main house together with your own entry off of the home's second of three, interconnecting driveways. This room features a canopied king bed, wet bar, internet connection, an historian's 400 book library and monstrous, "Beehive-designed" gas fireplace with surrounding seating.

Summary: This house was everything we had hoped for. There were 4 of us traveling for work, and I brought along my daughter and Neice with us. The house is 1 mile away from Fashion Square so we could easily walk to lots of restaurants, shops and Old Town Scottsdale. The hiking trail was only a block away and we took a walk every morning to start our day. The backyard and pool are amazing. It was only a 15 minute drive to our conference, and it was an easy drive in and out of the city. I LOVED the area and would stay in this house again. We all had plenty of space and it was great!

Summary: The pros in this home are that it is in a fantastic location, is well equipped with everything you might need, and is quite large to accommodate a big family or in our case multiple families traveling together. The sheets and towels were an excellent quality and we were pleased to find the kitchen had both a fridge and additional freezer. The host provided excellent communication and was easy to work with. The backyard is large and quite beautiful with a gorgeous view of Camel Back. Unfortunately during our stay the pool heater was not working. The fire pit was also unavailable due to a problem with the gas line and a second fire table was out of propane so we had to move the tank between the grill and the table which wasn’t really feasible. We also felt the areas listed as “kids play house” and “gym” were not suitable for use due to their age and conditions.
