Positive: The apartment is located in a quiet and beautiful wooded area that is close downtown Juneau, the Mendenhall Glacier, and many of the surrounding sites. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and had a wonderful deck and a couple of nice outdoor seating areas which included a fire pit. The hosts were lovely and were always there if you needed anything. We hope to return in the future.

Positive: Location, very nicely decorated with wonderful landscaping. Did not use the fire pit, but it was obviously available. The beds were very comfortable, very enjoyable stay.

Positive: It was a lovely apartment, in a lovely location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, lovely view, great wifi.

Negative: It’s important to be able to walk upstairs and the ad says that. I didn’t dislike it. Just happened to have a sore foot on this trip which was not expected when I booked. Being that high up provides a lovely view.

Summary: Just really comfortable home away from home.

Positive: This is a cottage in the beautiful area in Juneau. Right next to the Botanical Gardens. Incredible views and very comfortable. Shannon and Bob went above and beyond to get us everything we needed and they helped us out several times! A wonderful experience!

Positive: I loved the helpful hosts who helped if asked, but never hovered. The home is completely outfitted, so no going to the store for every single thing from scratch. It is handsomely decorated and watching Prime and Netflix is a treat at the end of the day. It is in a great central location for exploring everything, and close to the airport. The internet is slow and it drops if you have to commune with your office. The treehouse retreat is a gem in Juneau. Close to perfect.

Negative: The internet dropping, or a movie not loading in a a reasonable amount of time.

Summary: Juneau Jem awaits you in a centrally located, beautiful setting. I will return and share with others
