Just 5 miles off of I-40 and 7 miles from Hwy 69. At the doorstep of Lake Eufaula State Park and Marina. Neighborhood boat ramp just down the road and 14 miles to Eufaula Cove Marina.

This house keeps things simple, clean, and welcoming, more like a cozy retreat than a flashy showpiece. The layout has been updated, with fresh paint, newer flooring, granite counters, and tile that runs throughout. The main living space is open concept, with an electric fireplace for added warmth and a casual vibe, a smart TV, and a comfy couch setup. Overhead beams and rich-toned cabinets add a cabin-like warmth, and the stainless steel kitchen appliances are a nice modern touch.
