This 876 square foot villa property is extremely cozy, spacious, and private. It is located in the very clean city of Starke, Florida near the 1,987 acres of beautiful Lake Sampson which is well known for fantastic fishing and gorgeous sunsets. It is a 40 minute drive north to Jacksonville, 25 minutes south to Gainesville, 50 minutes to Jacksonville Beach, 23 minutes to Gainesville Regional Airport, a 2.5 hours drive to Orlando, and great shopping only 35 minutes away. Walmart is only 5 minutes to the east close to many of the popular restaurants we all love. This country, private, villa home with rustic charm is newly renovated throughout, a 400 feet walk to lovely Lake Sampson (1987 acres), provides awe-inspiring views, and excellent fishing opportunities. The property is fully fenced, lock controlled with 7 surveillance cameras, and the only home on the street with custom, installed street lights for easy night navigation. The host resides in the double-wide while this villa is made of cement block and has its own entrance in the rear of the property. You can rent out one bedroom or all three. The shared bathroom makes it the perfect property to rent with friends, families, or even business associates. It has lots of outdoor living space with seated umbrella covered areas for your relaxation in our beautiful north Florida sun.
