Positive: Nice, clean home. The pool was a great amenity.

Negative: There was a washer and dryer on site, but it wasn’t accessible. I think it’s silly to not have access to it, especially when there’s a pool on location. Having to travel home with pool soaked clothes was not ideal. Also, the extra AC charges are a bit outrageous. Keeping it locked at 78 degrees in the middle of summer in Florida is insane. If we hadn’t paid extra to have it lowered, it would have been a completely miserable stay.

Positive: Very relaxing environment, quiet neighborhood. Lots of space and comfortable seating. Quick responses from the housekeeper with knowledge of the surrounding area. She referred us to a great restaurant for breakfast. The house was very clean and the beds are comfortable. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Positive: The location was convenient for us to work an event at the FIRM since it made it only five miles away. As Emergency Medical personnel it made it easy to get away but still be close in case of an emergency. Debra the housekeeper was very nice.

Negative: Being threatened with a $300 bill for damages to the a/c when we never touched it. Owner claimed it was damaged by us when the controls are locked behind a cover and nobody even tried to touch it. Would have given the place higher marks if it wasn't for this threat. We had even discussed renting it for next year until this happened.
