Positive: Everything about the location was great! The living room and kitchen were awesome! The deck with the dock was relaxing and fun! Especially when they had a crab trap available to mess around with. The whole family loved it!

Negative: I only had 2 issues. The shower was pretty small. I had to open the door in order to maneuver when showering. Also, the fishing poles that were available for use needed maintenance. The lines were all tangled and 1 pole didn't have any line at all. But other than that everything was great! I would stay again!

Positive: Peaceful, placid location. Relaxing, restful accommodations. A mixture of simple, modern and pleasing decor make this a sought after home away from home.

Negative: Some recommendations: hatch door needs reinstalled with a lock mechanism, lighting in the unfinished basement, repairs of various kitchen cabinet doors, grab bars in the shower, a blind for the sliding glass door for privacy and privacy for the bathroom window.

Positive: Lovely setting. Comfy. Warm. Convenient location.

Negative: The noise made by the heating system was unpleasant late at night. The front door knob was difficult to grab securely enough to turn and open easily. It made it difficult to enter as it seemed like the door knob was still locked (even when unlocked) and the slippery door knob was hard to grab, being so tight to the door jamb. A lever type door latch would help. Kitchen drawers were difficult to open. We might have used the outdoor shower if it had still been functional and not winterized. A small boat or canoe would have been a wonderful plus.
