Positive: You needed to push the pound key after the number,so had to call owner who answered promptly.Put that on the instructions.Other key codes operate differently

Negative: We couldn’t get the tv to work,meaning it was a streaming tv and Netflix and Hulu would say something like need passcode.We just really wanted to watch the NBA. Championship on TNT.Could not figure out. Also throw out that bath mat.underside really moldy,,

Positive: Compact apartment in which three adults and a baby fit quite comfortably. Extremely clean and well cared-for. Easy walking distance from central Osceola. Well equipped.

Negative: We never met the owners; it would have been nice if they had introduced themselves. One minor problem may well have been Booking's fault. When we booked, we said we would be three adults and a baby, but then Booking confirmed for two adults. We didn't think much of it until it turned out there was an extra charge for the third adult.
