Summary: Perfect spot for us to enjoy time together on the water….. Beautiful home….well maintained and comfortable. Lots of outdoor opportunities in the screened in porch, multi deck locations and the covered pier . We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay in Modoc.

Summary: It's hard to imagine the amount of work that was required to get the cottage ready after the storm. Really fine effort to make it available and pleasant. Thank you. We had a new born great grand child and were able to visit and meet him as well as golf and fish. All wonderful .
