This Lake House holds so many memories for our family, now with all of the kids grown we just don't have the time to enjoy it. It is truly a home away from home. You can sit on the large patio and watch the sunrise, sit around the fire pit and look at the stars, or play card games around the large kitchen table. Even when the weather is gloomy or you've been out on the water all day, you can always come home, kick back, and watch a good movie in the living area.
This is our home and we hope you enjoy it as we have . We do have a fifth wheel out back that is a seperate reservation . please ask for details if you need more room .

Summary: Cozy Lake House is a great place to stay while enjoying Conchas Lake. The house is super clean, A/C works great, bedrooms and baths are comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has everything to prepare a big meal or grill outside. There is plenty of parking for boats and shaded parking for vehicles. Communications with owners and caretakers is easy. This is the owners' vacation home and they are sharing it with you in spirit if not presence. We always feel welcome and try to leave it just as we found it. We want to come back!! Thank you for a great stay!
