Summary: The property was very comfortable and easy to get to. The owner was great and easy to work with. The only issue I had was the listing from Vrbo said it was located at Lake Wawassee but it is in town. This was not the owners issue as he contacted Vrbo once I sent him the screen shot from Vrbo. For me it wasn’t a big deal but could have been for someone else. I would definitely recommend this property.

Summary: Looks just like the pictures inside the outside looks a bit like an older motel but it is very nice, clean and cozy inside and it was exactly what what we needed a get away from our everyday stresses at home we would definitely recommend this place and we will probably rent it again.

Summary: Very nice owner to work with and a good location when dealing with the Jayco factory in Middlebury. Only negative comment would be that the bedroom needs a separate air conditioner, very warm at night.

Summary: My wife, dog, and I just spent a week at the property. Nicely updated and comfortable for a couple. We would have booked longer, had it been available. A few things we liked about the inside in addition to the modern feel - front and back doors, so we could take our dog directly out back, the movable floor to front window A/C, and the 50" Roku TV. If you are OK with a 1 bedroom, this rental can't be beat in the area.
