Positive: Very cozy apartment fully equipped with a lot of things, nice location with a lot of things to do and also they were very attentive to us when we had an issue with the WiFi :)

Positive: Everything was excellent! Looks the same as advertised. Really spacious, and everything are in good condition, it seems like newly furnished. The host also replied promptly to any enquiries. The house located at the ground floor, I would say a bit of semi basement, not too many steps to get to the door and there’s also no view which is fine for me as I stayed there for sleeping only. Host also provided instructions and guidance for check in, and as adviced by the host, it is better to use the Google Map, as I did use the naver map at first, but it just a bit tricky to get to the main gate, however Google map works well. The area was not that crowded compared to Myeongdong. Very close to the attractions in seongsu, convenience stores everywhere, and even daiso. The closest station would be Konkuk University which operates subway line 2 to get to Myeongdong in 20mins, which is convenient. Overall, the house was worth the money!

Negative: The wifi can only be connected in the living room area, but there is problem connecting it in the bedroom, however wifi signal works well with the smart tv if you want to watch netflix. I used mobile data for my phone, so it wasn’t really a problem for me.

Positive: This is a fantastic place to stay! The room is clean and comfortable, and they have provided many essentials for use. The location is extremely convenient, with the subway station very close by, and the area is lively and full of things to do!

Positive: The property was very clean and pretty much spacious with everything you needed including cooking utilities, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, television and internet. It was very nice of the super responsive host to put shampoo, conditioner, soap, single use toothbrush and many towels in the bathroom.

Negative: It could be even greater if the host could put some washing machine liquid detergent because buying only little portions for personal use specially if your stay is short is almost impossible. And also be aware that the property is located one floor below the ground so it's technically basement but that wasn't an issue for me.

Positive: The unit is clean and complete with the necessary appliances. Free wifi is also available. It’s near the subway stations so traveling is very efficient! There are also a lot of restaurants and establishments nearby. It also has a washing machine, so long stays wouldn’t be a problem if you’re bringing a fee clothes.
