Summary: We recently stayed at the Cozy House and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The living conditions were quite comfortable, with cozy furniture and well-maintained interiors that made us feel right at home. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.However, there were a couple of issues. The air conditioning was broken during our stay, which made the afternoons quite uncomfortable, especially given the warm weather. The host was responsive to our concerns, however, and the problem was resolved. Additionally, the bathroom sink light didn’t work, the slider door was very tight and the patio was unswept and could have used some attention.Despite these setbacks, the home itself has great potential. With a few improvements, such as fixing the AC and ensuring the patio is clean, it could be an excellent choice for a vacation. The location is convenient to Erie Canal riding trails, and the overall ambiance is very welcoming. I would consider staying here again if these issues are resolved.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay with its wooded small town feel. The home was clean, and had everything we needed. The host was kind and easy to get in contact with. I would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: We were in town for a funeral, and were happy to find this location. The home is very clean and was exactly as described and pictured. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well appointed and contained everything needed. There were TVs in both bedrooms and living areas, and the owner provided towels, fresh linens, and all the essentials. We did not utilize the hot tub or porch area, but both looked very inviting. The owner was very quick to respond , and made the entire process very simple. We would utilize this home again in the future when visiting, and recommend to others looking for a property in the area.

Summary: The host was great at communicating anything we woukd need and made the process of checking in easy. The location is close enough to Macedon that we could get anything we forgot to hring easily while still staying outaide of town.

Summary: Our stay at this property was absolutely phenomenal. The host was very responsive and the property was immaculate. The wood burning stove, outdoor fire pit on the deck,and the hot tub made this property special. We can't wait to come back and stay again!! I highly recommend staying at this property 5/5!! It is exceptional!!
