Summary: We spent two weeks in this wonderful apartment of Lucia & Silvio in Mira Oriago. It has the best equipment we ever saw in a vacation apartment (and we know quite a lot...) and Lucia is taking care of every single detail. She provided us with tipps and links on what to do in the area, dependent on our interests. The description of the apartment matches 100% to what we found. The apartment is situated at the border of Mira in a quiet, rural area. Despite that you can travel to Venice center in 35-45 min by bus 53E from bus station Oriago Centro. (24 hours or 48 hours Tickets including the Vaporetti (waterbuses in Venice) can be bought in the local tobacco shops. In June 2023 it was 25 EUR per person for 24 h unlimited usage.) Padova (30 min), Verona (1:15 h) and Chioggia (30 min) are easily reachable by car and there's so many more castles, small towns and museums to discover in that area. We would certainly like to visit once more and can recommend both, the apartment of our wonderful hosts Lucia & Silvio, and the Venetian area to discover... Thanks again for having us!

Summary: This property, and its owners, are absolutely magnificent. The property, in Oriago, has a small town in the country feel, and Lucia & Sivio are the ultimate hosts! The communication before and during our stay was very easy as they responded quickly to any inquiries we had, along with sending tons of information on sites in the area. The home is immaculate and contains everything you need for your stay. These are two individuals who truly want their guests to relax and enjoy themselves while exploring the area. This is by far the best VRBO that we have ever stayed in and these two go above and beyond what is expected to look after their guests.

Summary: The appartement is very nice. It is on a walking distance from the bus to Venetië and to Padova. The inventory was compleet. The owners Lucia and Silvio took good care of us with information. When we arrived we found in the fridge and in the kitchen a lot of food for the first days. That was very kind of Lucia and Silvio. we had a nice holiday in Ariago Kind regards Harma and Hendrik

Summary: a big surprise at our arrival: first we experienced the great hospitality from Lucia and Silvio and our kitchen and refrigarator were filled with all kinds of groceries, inclusive desserts and wines. All the rooms were extremely clean. We stayed in a cosy house, with all the facilities we needed. Even better: Lucia guided us through all the tourist information, and the local restaurants. A nice stay which we recommend to all!

Summary: Lucia and Silvio are the most gracious hosts. I never felt more at home in a foreign place. They picked us up at the train station and gave us an amazing tour of the house. They helped us get to know their little town and were always able to answer questions we had. They explained how the buses worked to Venice since we were without a car. Its about a 20min ride into Venice. They checked on us after a storm hit during our stay, making sure we still had power and were safe. I would recommend staying with these lovely people and will most definitely be back with them when I visit Venice again.

Summary: Well equipped apartment with garden. Everything you need and more is available. Lucia was very helpful, she gave us a lot of information and even a farewell present. Supplied us with an overwhelming amount of food and drinks! Quiet environment, nice neighbors, good distance to bus stop (Venice in half hour). We were glad that the whole apartment was equipped with mosquito screens and shutters. Airco only in hallway, but good ventilators in the bedrooms. Little restaurant nearby as well as ice-cream parlor, open every evening. Certainly a recommendation!!

Summary: I cannot stress enough how accommodating Lucia and Silvio are. We traveled with our daughter and we made arrangements to be picked up at the airport. They made sure to have a carseat when picking us up. At the house, we found baby toys for the shower, a pack-n-play, a sippy cup and Lucia even brought over a stroller when we asked where we could rent one. We also had some food in the fridge for breakfast and snacks. It was amazing!! We enjoyed ourselves so much, and Silvio and Lucia were so gracious in making our stay perfect!!! :)

Summary: We had a wonderful house and a wonderful host. The house was super clean, everything and much more was taken care off. The owner was very very kind and had taken care of everything. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go there again.

Summary: When we arrived, Lucia -our host- was already waiting for us for handing over the apartment. It's the ground floor of a two family house in the small village Oriago near Mestre/Venice. We were surprised by the full equipment of the apartment. Lucia provided even a starter kit of fruits, food, coffee and much more. We missed nothing. She gave us a lot of useful sightseeing tips on handover and by e-mail. It's a 10 min walk to the Center, there is a direct bus line to Venice that runs every 30 min, costs 2,80 Euro per ride and takes 30 min. The same bus line can take you in the opposite direction to Padova, that was also worth to visit. We enjoyed the small garden for breakfast and lunch. The house is located on a small street with light traffic, so it's very quiet. If we visit Venice once more, we would take this apartment again.
