Summary: The Cozy House was clean and perfect for our blended family. The younger children loved the beach and adventure rooms and our teen liked having the futon space. Check in was easy and the hosts were great communicators. We loved our waterfall and beach adventures - especially Little Girl’s Point! Thanks for helping us make great family memories!

Summary: Communication with the owner has been absolutely fantastic! Rules for the stay were kept nicely in a binder, very clear. Beds were very comfortable and decor was super cute! The house was very clean and quiet. Owner going above and beyond to return an item that was left behind! Will definitely return!

Summary: The rental was "Cozy" as advertised, and we enjoyed a pleasant and comfortable two night stay conveniently located to the ski hill and to great restaurants. The rental was clean and well stocked. In advance of our trip, our host provided the rental location, directions, entry access, check-in and check-out information, and he was very responsive to questions in a timely manner. Our rental experience was hassle free and we would definitely consider future bookings with our host.

Summary: This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood in Ramsey and ideally located close to downhill ski resorts and trails for hiking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. It is also close to restaurants in nearby cities. The property is a cute older house that has a nice updated yet rustic feel. The kitchen is nice and stocked with what we needed, comfy eating and living room areas, comfortable bedrooms, and a nice bathroom. The hosts were great and very responsive and gave us some nice ideas about activities in the area in case there was not enough snow to ski. We would stay here again!

Summary: This property was so perfect in all ways. We have stayed in many VRBO houses/condos over the years Some good, some not. This kitchen was so well equipped which is something we like. The beds were so comfortable which is something you don't always find. We basically had no complaints.

Summary: Randy and Sue were super accommodating/easy to work with and their place was perfect for my family to stay for our weekend of skiing. Highly recommend them and their place! We'd definitely stay here again. Note for families: we were able to fit a pack and play in the upstairs bedrooms in order to have our three month old say with us and that was perfect!

Summary: We were a group of 5 visiting three cities. The stay was very cozy, perfect amount of seating for 5 (or more) people. There was everything at the location (From dishes to oven mittens), very well kept and decorated with souvenirs. It never felt like we were away from our own home. Loved it and will stay at the same place if ever we plan to go back there.
