Welcome to this newly renovated two bedroom house. Kick back and relax in a calm, stylish space on a quiet residential street in the hamlet of Hampton Bays and the beaches of Southampton Town.
Walk into a cozy living room with sofa, club chair and TV. Twin bedrooms, both have dressers and closet space. They each have a Queen bed, and soothing colors for the perfect nights sleep. There is a large eat in kitchen is fully stocked and overlooks the backyard. New dishwasher, stove and refrigerator (which makes plenty of ice!) Washer/Dryer is available for stays longer than 7 nights.
The outdoor space is totally private, fenced in with a new outdoor shower, patio, grill, lounge chairs, firepit and swing.

Summary: The house was beautifully decorated and so clean. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. The backyard was nicely fenced in and had a nice table and beach chairs to sit on. The one bathroom was so clean and spacious! We really enjoyed our stay! We hope to come back again! The host always emailed me back with any questions I had. She was kind and helpful! The neighbors were very nice too.

Summary: Great stay! Exactly what I was looking for. Because it was raining and muddy wanted to do a wash but the laundry was locked. I was unaware that the laundry was for a week stay or longer. Next time I will clarify.Yard was great, everything was clean, safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend

Summary: Our stay was a perfect getaway of calm for hubby, our son, dog and myself during the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils and spices for us to prepare all of our meals. We had intended to go to a restaurant for dinner on one of the evenings but we were just too content and comfy that we didn't bother. Once we picked up a few incidentals at the nearby King Kullen supermarket, we never left the house again. We had everything we needed. Our son enjoyed playing with our dog in the large and fully fenced backyard. The television was loaded with all of the apps for viewing enjoyment. Our host Claudia was very responsive from the very beginning. Thank you Claudia for everything.
