Positive: It's was a good stay, owner seemed friendly for a while. Rooms are very clean and value for money, breakfast was good too and staff is very polite.

Negative: Building looks stranded, except the floor where the homestay is. No one was there to help out with luggage while checking out, no formalities done.Despite of us letting him know beforehand that we might extend our stay by another couple of days, he took a booking from someone else without confirming with us. It seemed unprofessional and not friendly at all. It didn't exactly feel like a homestay, it wasn't an entire house but an apartment where you were given a room. Also, the owner seemed quite restrictive in terms of the rules of the home even though we didn't pose any disturbance

Positive: Familiar Homestay with Home Made Food. If you are in Jaipur must try this newly renovated homestay and very close to sightseeing places. They have Cab facilities from the Guest house.its only bed and breakfast with amazing rooms.

Positive: We stayed here for one night and the Host family is very nice and taking care very well. its newly built 03 rooms home stay which is centrally located in banipark. also they offered free airport pick-up for us and which was really impressive. if we will be back Jaipur, definitely stay here in familiar Guest House.

Negative: you have to climb on 02nd floor and which should not be an issue for affordable stay.
