Summary: We had a lovely experience staying at this property. It was spacious, well laid out and very clean. The owner was very responsive and answered any questions almost immediately. Kitchen had everything needed if preparing meals. Our only dislikes were the living room sofa's, not having toilet paper holders in the bathrooms, and for some reason the beds did not have any flat sheets on the mattresses. We slept with just the comforter directly touching our bodies. They were clean, but still unusual that the sheets were missing. The sofa sectional is very low to the ground, very stiff and uncomfortable to sit on. One section had a big sag in it and was covered up by placing sofa pillows over the spot to hide the damage. These could stand to be replaced with newer and much more comfortable furniture. We did not spend much time sitting around the house, so we only had to sit briefly on these in the mornings and nights. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would rate our stay as at 4.

Summary: Nice place but in need of top sheets instead of cover for the duvet cover. It also would have been nice to have some Kleenex around. The binder with instructions were lacking information, especially on checkout and local information.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in the clean and comfortable house. The host was great with communication and addressing our requests. The only drawback is the traffic in getting downtown, but that appeared to just be a property of Montreal traffic everywhere. Highly recommended.
