Summary: The house was solid and in good repair, clean and smell-free. Had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with streetlights and sidewalks. Appreciated the motion outside lights. Very manageable door locking systems. Room to set up crates for our two Bostons. Appreciated the deep driveway; easy to fit two vans. Close enough yet faraway enough to the downtown Duluth bustle and hilly driving. Thanks so much!
