Cozy home in quiet neighborhood. Keyless entry for easy check in. Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen. Larger back yard with water feature. Gas fire pit. Close to just about any activity you choose. Jump on the interstate and head north to Cottonwood, Jerome, Prescott, Sedona, Flagstaff... Anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours. Don't forget the Grand Canyon just a little further north of Flagstaff. Now heading east from Anthem about a 20-minute ride you'll hit a nice little old cowboy Town called Cave Creek. Watch a real Rodio at the Buffalo Chip. Or head South, Southeast and take a nice leisurely walk-through Old Town Scottsdale. Find all sorts of shops. Summary: When I rent through VRBO my number one requirement is cleanliness. This home far and above meets those desires, clean, quiet, extremely well equipped!! Listening to the water falls in the backyard is amazing. They have gone out of their way to make this an amazing vacation stay.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at this property when I was in town for a tennis tournament. We found the house to be very clean and comfortable, and in a convenient location. We did not cook much, but the kitchen had nice appliances and everything we needed - very nice coffee maker with both carafe and Keurig-type ability as well. We particularly liked the back yard area, and entertained my tennis team there one of the evenings. There is a nice water feature with goldfish, and a gas fire pit. I sent a couple of questions to the owner and she replied promptly.

Summary: In contrast to the non-stop hustle and bustle that Phoenix has become, this house is a quiet getaway in a nice little neighborhood right on the edge of the Anthem foothills. Still very accessible for day trips to local spots. The kitchen and the house are clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen is a nice touch that you don’t find too often! Kitchen and laundry appliances are modern and clean. Living room furniture is clean and comfortable, as is the bed in the master bedroom. There are personal decorating touches throughout to make you feel at home. The owner Brenda is super nice and easy to engage with. We give our full recommendation!

Summary: Brenda's home was the perfect home base for us while we were visiting family nearby in New River! We were super close to food and fun and especially enjoyed nearby Anthem Community Park with our young son. Brenda's home is both beautiful and comfortable, and we even got to enjoy watching a dozen hot air balloons rise up beyond the backyard one morning as the sun came up. A wonderful visit. Thank you!
