Unwind, relax, and enjoy life in this gorgeous Southwest Florida home in quiet premier golfing community of Rotonda West! We have all the amenities you could ask for in our 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms home with Heated Pool.
Get away with the whole family, or vacation with your friends. Drive minutes to stunning Florida’s Gulf beaches or simply wade along the coastline waiting for dolphins to pop out of the water in the morning hours. Tee off some balls at 5 surrounding golf courses.
The house has an open floor concept that seamlessly combines the newly-remodeled kitchen with the living room and features high ceilings which provides lots of natural light and air flow.
The living room has white leather couches including a 3-seat leather sofa, a love seat, and a chair for you to watch your favorite shows and movies on a large flat screen HDTV. The big comfy leather chair is perfect to snuggle in with a great book.
If you are a cook, we have a perfect kitchen for you! Fully renovated kitchen including stainless-steel appliances is stocked with all the cookware and utensils you'll need to make a hearty and delicious meal for you and your loved ones.
The property has a split bedroom design with 2 bedrooms located on the opposite side of the master bedroom providing privacy.
Spacious master bedroom features a king size bed with a new mattress and bedding, large closet space, as well as a private in-suite bathroom. Sliding doors lead directly to the screened lanai and pool.
On the other side of the house, sunny 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed with a new mattress and bedding, as well as closet space. Adjacent to it, the 3rd bedroom offers queen bed with new mattress and closet space. Extra blow-up matters available upon request to accommodate additional guests.
The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo which offers convenient entrance to the lanai and pool. This feature provides a safe and useful access to shower off, eliminating pool water throughout the house.
Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Startup laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.
For fun in the sun there are beach chairs, sun umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler located in the garage.

It is also just 15 minutes' drive from the stunning beach of Manasota Key and Stump Pass Beach State Park. Boca Grande Island is a fine destination close by. You can also find first-class salt-water fishing and water sports facilities all within reach. And as if that wasn't enough, there are 8 public golf courses within 4 miles.

Summary: Rotunda West is next to the Cape Haze walking/cycling trail, sports tennis/pickleball courts and is minutes from Bocha Grande beach and trail. The home is well kept, clean, uncluttered with every amenity a couple or family could require. The pool was perfect.

Summary: We rented the house for our son and family, and our grandson and his family. Total of 7, 4 adults, 3 children. They were very happy with the house, and enjoyed the heated pool. I had some problems with the manager, however, after contacting Mike, it was resolved. I would rent the house again. My family hated to go home, they enjoyed being in Florida.

Summary: This was a great house! We enjoyed a week with friends we will not forget soon. The house was well equipped except for wash clothes, but a trip to Marshalls fixed that easily. The house now has plenty! The pool area was so nice to enjoy your morning coffee in the morning and to cool off in the afternoon. They even had a cooler and all the beach equipment you need! I would recommend this rental to all my friends and family! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Summary: I don’t usually write reviews but I’d love to leave a feedback for future renters. I totally fell in love with the house. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and charming! Everything that u can possibly think of is provided. I’m crazy about cleanliness so have to mention that the house was spotless clean! Very comfortable beds, plenty of bath and beach towels made our stay is even more comfortable. Very peaceful community, and friendly neighbors. We had no issues at all, Mike was a great host and answered all my questions right away. Our stay was great and I would definitely recommend this place for a vacation!
