This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Reviewer Comments: Our family of four adults stayed here the first week of June and enjoyed a peaceful stay. The home/cabin is older and worn in places, but it is very clean and has new appliances, linens, kitchenware, and comfortable furniture. There is no A/C so it's warm upstairs, even with the fan provided. The location is very isolated and quiet (which we liked), but a quick drive (less than ten minutes) to downtown Ouray or Ridgway for groceries and restaurants. It was easy to check in and out and communicate with the property managers. We had no issues during our stay. Thank you!

Summary: Cabin was everything we were led to believe; clean, well equipped, and great location! Squeaky floors reminded me of the floors in my home as a kid 80 years ago! Loved it!!! Everyone associated with the rental and cabin itself were great and extremely caring and personable! Weather and foliage colors were wonderful! Highly recommend renting the cabin and time of year for a great vacation!

Summary: My family and I stayed at the cabin during the week of my daughter's wedding at Ridgeway State Park. The facility met all of our needs and then some. It is very quiet and somewhat isolated which is what we were looking for. It is an older home that has been renovated very nicely. The upstairs bathroom is awesome and there is also a cool little balcony off the bedroom. You can get the feel of the older home as the floors creak a little bit which was kind of nice. All in all, this was an excellent choice for us.

Summary: This cabin was nice, cozy, and comfortable. We stayed here with our daughter and son in law. There were plenty of cooking pots and pans and cooking utensils. The only drawback was there is no air conditioning. But, we made it pretty good since we were gone most of the day and it got cooler at night. Overall, we had a good week at this cabin. I would recommend this cabin. We loved being out further in the country
