Located just nine highway miles north of Ouray at the very edge of the town of Ridgway, the convenient location is as quiet as it gets yet close-in enough to save you time getting to all the places you want to go in "San Juan Country". Ridgway's network of wide, pedestrian and bike friendly sidewalks are accessed directly across the street for a quick, easy walk or ride into the center of town and all its many fine restaurants, shops, and attractions. Highlights include the Ridgway Visitor Center, Railroad Museum, Ranch History Museum, Town Park, County Fairgrounds, and River Trail. (The River Trail traverses the Uncompahgre River corridor to Dennis Weaver Memorial Park and Ridgway State Park and will also get you to many of the area's awesome trails for cross-country skiing, hiking and single-track.)

Summary: Extremely clean and well appointed condo on the first floor. The property is located on the east side of Ridgway with easy access to the main roads into town. The hosts were helpful with any issues and quick to respond. We'd stay again!
