Positive: These two private rooms are located underneath a home in the quiet leafy suburb of Dunbar. We each had one room, each with an ensuite and comfortable bed. We loved sitting outside looking at the beautiful garden and going for walks in the Pacific Spirit Park at the end of the street. Easy to get to UBC, the airport and Swartz ferry terminal. The hosts occasionally came through the common area to get to the laundry, but mostly we had it to ourselves. The microwave, bar fridge, kettle and coffee machine meant we could make our own meals. The hosts were very accomodating of our early arrival.

Negative: There was a fairly constant but not too loud noise from the vents in the Queen room.

Summary: Lovely quiet place to stay and enjoy Vancouver
