Summary: This is by far the best VRBO experience we have had. The listing is exactly as reported and better than imagined. Clean, comfortable and absolutely perfect. Clawfoot tub and remote fireplace was welcome during this very cold stay. Thank you to our wonderful host we are over the moon about your cottage !!

Summary: The carriage house is a cute little apartment right off the square. Beautifully decorated! A/C works wonderfully and the next day a cold front came thru and we were able to utilize the electric fireplace, so warm and cozy. We were so close to downtown, a very short and easy walk to dinner and shopping. Several dining options, live music, a winery and even an ice cream shop just steps from your front door. Outside the sitting area was so spacious, we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard under the string lights, so romantic. Overall a great place to stay. I was also amazed how quiet and peaceful the weekend nights were even being that close to a bustling downtown. Will definitely be back!

Summary: This was the cutest place we’ve stayed in a while! Callie pays close attention to all of the details! We loved being just a few minutes walk to downtown! Sulphur Springs is such a charming town and this Vrbo was the cherry on the cake! We will definitely be staying here again! Callie was also very quick to communicate and accommodate. Amazing hostess!

Summary: After a very long drive from San Antonio, it was refreshing to step into the home and just take the load off. I am a Texas native and lived here all my life until a job change that had me move. I have missed Texas so much. The food, the atmosphere, the people. It brought back a-lot of fond memories. This town is so cute and the house is absolutely adorable and it truly is a hidden Gem. Callie was THE best host I think I’ve ever had doing VRBOs. She really took a lot of time and effort into making the place just adorable and functional down to smallest details (toilet paper lol). You can tell that she has probably been a guest herself before (on the road), and therefore knows what you need. if I would/could have bought that property from her, I would have written her a check right then and there! And the people in town we’re just absolutely amazing and so sweet. Callie, I hope that you will host me again in the near future! The home was just beautiful, and that bed was to die for! Note to others—, do NOT go out and eat, and then lay on that bed because you WILL fall asleep with a food coma! Oh and the ceiling brought back A LOT of MEMORIES! Reminded me of my grannies home ;). If you’re ever in this area, please stay with Callie. She is amazing. Thank you again!! I cannot WAIT to return!!
