Positive: Beautiful little cabin on the Little Red River with direct access to the water. It's close enough to town and restaurants, but far enough away so you know the peace and quite of the river. Great place to relax, very clean.

Negative: I would say the only negative would be the size of the shower. I am not a big person and found the shower a bit tight. But there is a tub so you wouldn't go without.

Positive: View, location, cleanliness. Private dock was nice but could be better. See comments below. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the isolated location

Negative: Dock could use some sprucing up. Needs lights (that work) on the dock and the pathway down to it. Outside furniture needs new paint.

Positive: Loved it. When we come back to town, we will stay here again. We loved the deck and the fishing deck. The AC was so nice and cool. The size was perfect for two guests.

Negative: I know they can't change this, but the shower was smaller than anything I have experienced. I did get clean, but it was claustrophobic! I would rather have a large, luxurious shower than the jetted tub.

Positive: The cabin was well decorated, stocked with all the essentials for a weekend stay. The river was below the cabin, but the walk was awesome, seating at every landing. The dock seating for 4, and extended into the river. I watched many trout jump out of the water
