Positive: It was very clean and there were alot of supplies.

Negative: I didn't receive the door code until I arrived, so I was waiting in the parking lot to receive it (which after a long drive is the last thing you want to do). Once they finally sent it, it was a SUPER long message so I only read the part with the code to get in. At the very bottom of the message, is a note telling you not to lock the bottom lock or you will be locked out and there is a $50 lock out fee. Well of course we get locked out because no one sees this in the long message because they put it all the way at the bottom. They did lower the fee to $25 but honestly there shouldn't be one at all because all they had to do was send me a code to a lock box on the fence to get the key. It just felt like a cash grab to be honest. I would highly suggest they start sending the lock code out once you make your payment days in advance that away you have time to read everything to avoid the lock out fee (which is typically how air b&b's do it). Also, the clean up rules are too strict. Why should I have to wash my towels, take out the trash, and replace the remotes to their EXACT location, etc. when I am paying a clean up fee? It just feels like these hosts are out to make extra money off you any way they can and are very nit picky. (I even received a message telling me not to drive over 25 mph in the neighborhood.)

Positive: Kitchen was nicely stocked, although we didn't find the Keurig cups until we were cleaning up to leave or the kitchen towel. We weren't nosey enough, lol.

Negative: Parking was just a little tight but we managed, fortunately it didn't seem they were all full so we had more space.

Summary: Went to meet family at a halfway point, it was convenient to pretty much anything you may need.

Positive: Everything was included in this property. The owner took a lot of thought in what guests may need and had everything available. We hit a snag and needed to stay an extra day and the owner was extremely prompt and helpful in allowing us to extend our stay.

Positive: I had difficulty receiving communication through Booking.com however the property manager was extremely understanding and showed great patience. She made sure my experience was not tainted due to the mishap. That extra effort on her part meant everything! The property was clean and all of today's must haves (great wifi, multiple TV streaming options, video games) were provided. Great experience overall!

Negative: There were gnats. However, I do not attribute that to anything other than they enter the facility whenever the doors are opened for prolonged periods; such as while bringing in luggage. Also, beds were too soft for my liking. I prefer a firmer mattress. But that can be a me problem.
