Positive: The kitchen was fully stocked, everything you'll need in a kitchen was there. The back yard was a great space. House was completely private with landscaping! Check everything before you go to the store to buy something its probably there. Beach stuff, animal dishes, outside entertainment, ect.

Negative: Very strage things. Primary room had no lights that worked. Primary shower drain was backed up and had a giant hair ball. There was no propane, had to get a new one. Dead bird in the grill.

Summary: Overall an excellent property to vacation at.

Positive: The quiet the house provided. This place would be fine for a family with small kids or teenagers as it is very basic but comfortable.

Negative: I did not like the location. It is a very old location and it had a "ghetto" vibe driving into the neighborhood. You had a house with a nice yard and then there was a house with junk cars and broken down fences, etc. Others with unkempt front yards and vehicles up on jacks, etc and then another nice house as well as roosters crowing every morning. The hosts were nice enough and the house was clean. The only issue we had was a clogged bathroom sink upon arrival and a burned out lamp light in one of the bedrooms that plugs into the wall. Also there wasn't any place to put your things/clothes in each bedroom except for the master bedroom where it had a very small dresser. Therefore we had to use one of the empty bedrooms bed to put our clothes on.

Positive: The house was cute. The backyard was nice. The space was nice. The beds were comfortable. The toilets didn’t flush well. Under the beds were not clean at all. In the kitchen there was a Tupperware that we grabbed to use and it had mold in it. The neighborhood was questionable. One thing I don’t like about air b and b is you have no idea about the area.

Positive: Very nice little house, with nice amenities except TV access was a bit painful. Huge backyard and fantastic to have a garage.

Negative: Supplies were sparse with toilet paper and bath towels, fortunately, we were only there for two days. It was okay for us but for the next set of renters, it might not be.
