About this space
This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located right in the middle of the DFW Metroplex, so it’s not far to go anywhere you want to visit. The Tex Rail station is a short walk away, so the train can take you to Dallas or Fort Worth and lots of places in-between.
You can sleep 6 comfortably in the king bed, 2 full beds, and sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a coffee bar for that cup of morning joe. There’s working space with a comfortable chair, and we are kid and dog friendly.
The space
The open concept living/dining room is ready for relaxing and entertainment. The comfy couch and wood burning fireplace sets the mood, along with a large smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, in addition to lots of free channels. Bring your own log-ins for other streaming services. A record player and a small, carefully curated collection of records, along with board games are there for your enjoyment.
The first bedroom boasts a king bed and a large smart TV, as well as a large walk-in closet. It also has a convenient working space with a comfortable chair. The bathroom is just steps from the door.
The second bedroom contains two full-size beds and there’s a smart TV in there also. The bathroom is en suite with a large mirror and plenty of room to get ready.
The kitchen has all new appliances and everything you need to prepare and serve delicious meals. The coffee bar is stocked and we haven’t forgotten the decaf and a selection of teas.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Laura’s property! We needed an extended stay while our home was being built down the street. My son’s school was minutes down the road as well making this location ideal for us. We also had our dogs with us so the large yard was perfect! Laura was super responsive with any questions we had. Overall, the property was well maintained and had everything we needed for our longer stay. Would recommend!

Summary: We came to spend time with family during the birth of our granddaughter. We brought our bikes to enjoy the trails while in DFW. The duplex had easy access to paved trails and to the Texrail train which we also love. With two sons and daughters-in-law, and now two grand children in the DFW area, we spend a lot of time here. We will definitely try to stay at the duplex again.

Summary: This property was perfect for my partner and I to stay while in town visiting friends! Our dog LOVED running around the yard and staring at the cars going by. The hosts were incredibly communicative and even called to help me with the door code when my phone didn’t want to load the message since she saw me struggling on the ring. We would love to stay here if back in the area again since it was just a short drive to anything we wanted to do!

Summary: We booked this house to attend a concert at the Rangers Stadium. Location was great and Ubers were readily available. Our party consisted of two couples and this house was a perfect set up with a split floor plan and two bedrooms and bathrooms. We utilized the kitchen to make dinner and hung out outside by the fire pit and had a lovely time. The house was spotless and very well stocked with linens and items in the kitchen. We would book this house again without hesitation. The host was kind and responsive as well.

Summary: Spent 2 days here and it was lovely - clean, comfortable, and the host had instructions for everything in the home which is always really helpful. We were close to some great restaurants and the good sized yard was the perfect place for our pup to chill after 2 days of travel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
