Summary: The house fits a surprising number of people, has many beds, which is not entirely clear in the listing. It's older and a little funky but has great charm. Don't expect to visit and sit in front of the television. The one in existence is small, but that worked for us just fine. We were there to visit. Easy proximity to the ocean beach and to Hawk Creek Cafe. Good deck space for outside seating. Would reserve again..

Summary: Great house for a large family! Room for everybody, large deck. Kitchen appliances could really use an upgrade, tiny oven, tiny microwave, inconsistent heating on the cooktop. Lots of pantry space for all our food which was unexpected and made my sister jealous of the tiny kitchen in her rental! Beds are very comfy, but no closet in master bedroom. Seemed to be plenty of hot water for everybody and the water pressure is good. The front door code stopped working after 2 days but the French doors in the bedroom wouldn’t lock so we just went through there and didn’t bother getting it recoded. Neskowin is a very small safe town so we didn’t feel like it was a major issue. Living room area is very small compared to the size of the house but the kids stayed upstairs to play or out in the yard or deck so it was fine since we had nice weather. But if it’s cold and rainy and you have 11 people it would suck! I will say we’ve rented houses on that street before and the neighbors are not so friendly, some are downright rude, we will avoid that street in the future. Particularly the woman 3 houses to the west, she likes to “spy” on you. She kept coming to the little red house next door and “puttering” around the side yard whenever we were all outside. Another rental company in town said that she’s a problem with the house they rent next door to her. So be warned she’s not friendly to tourists!

Summary: We were impressed with how clean the house was for being so close to the beach and allowing pets. Home was dated, but spacious and had everything we needed. Loved how close we were to the beach and the house had some beach toys for the kids to play with which was nice. I don’t remember reading this in home write up but they had a pack and play at the house which was great too. I would absolutely stay again but recommend they get the heating situation figured out on the main flow in case the weather is a bit colder.

Summary: overall property was fine; however tv and cable needs big time improvement (also wifi kept going in and out). There to watch superbowl and needless to say, no superbowl was watched. Dryer did not work even though advertised as washer and dryer at facility.
