Summary: This is the most incredible home, warm, meticulously clean, beautiful, and adorable. The host takes great pride in providing a positive stay. The owner goes above and beyond with the amenities, provides a clean and cozy environment. She is readily available for any needs. It has a beautiful backyard that creates a relaxing environment. This is by far the best place I have stayed. I highly recommend!

Summary: We were in Upper Lake to cater a wedding and this property was amazing! It was clean and the living area and backyard are very roomy. It's in a central location. Great property!!!!!

Summary: This is the perfect place to escape the stress and pressures of the world. One bedroom, one bathroom and a spacious kitchen allows you to feel at home away from home. The backyard is absolutely beautiful, like an enchanted garden. We’ve already decided to come back.

Summary: We really enjoyed the backyard area and hot tub. The bed was a bit soft for us but still comfortable. We wished we were staying for a little longer. There was no water but we scored some Gin in the freezer. Don't worry we left the fridge with more then we took. We enjoyed our stay at your cozy cottage.

Summary: Obviously, we did not book this property because of the bed since we had no idea about it, but it definitely became one of the highlights of our stay at this lovely home. It was raining a lot when we stayed here, so we couldn't really go out and enjoyed the pretty garden, and we ended up hanging out on the most comfortable bed that we've ever been on! Other than that, this house is great. The hot tub is very big, the garden is very pretty (loved the swing!), and the location is close to the small cute downtown. Definitely really enjoyed our stay here!

Summary: We were really impressed with the upgrades and comfortable set up. The jacuzzi was nice too and bed very comfy. The only downside for a larger group may be that the hot water heater runs out kind of quickly. Good home!

Summary: property was nice but still could use some help. Like I could not turn off the hot tub. there was a very slick driveway with ice. scared old folks like us. It would be nice if there was a microwave and normal coffee pot maybe a toaster. the Ice maker did not work. the bath/shower was almost too small. you could use a new screen door. The TV was nice but it was too confusing for us to use. everything was ok. Thanks David and Melody
