Summary: The room was clean but had a strong bleach smell floral. Moved to another room. Had to ask multiple times to have the heat turned on - very cool. Surprised as we had a reservation and was not sure why it was so cool. You cannot control you own heat. Person Brought an electric heater. could not get the TV to work - did not report. Bed was comfortable. Great pressure in shower and hot water.
