Summary: Warning: this propert is not as advertised! There are no curtains or rod in the living room, no bar stools, no end tables in the guest bedroom, decor has been taken off the wall, there are no lounge chairs on the patio and the chairs that are there are broken. There was a good amount of dust and grime on the baseboards and the air vents are so dirty I even suspected one to have black mold perhaps - not sure but looks potential. If I had to stay another night I probably would have booked a separate place to stay and lose the money because I was so dissatisfied. When I contacted the owner to tell them of the false advertising I received no response.

Summary: We had a wonderful time exploring Tampa University and St.Petersburg downtown! Location for this condo is perfect. My son plans to attend Tampa University in the fall, we hope to stay again when we come to visit him! Thank you!

Summary: The condo is very convenient to all attractions. We enjoyed eating at the local restaurants. The pool was very nice. The layout of the condo was great especially that each bedroom had their own bathroom. We definitely would stay here again!
