Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. All linens and pillows provided. All dishes, pots, and pans provided. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We love our tiny home and we are absolutely positive you will too.

Summary: Cozy little getaway

Summary: Cabin was great. Just what we needed and close to lake Chickamauga which was what we were looking for. My husband and I done a couple days of fishing there. Only complaint would be air conditioner didn't keep cool enough but it was right at 100° both days, other than I would recommend and would definitely use again. Thanks the Smith family

Summary: This is a wonderful place to spend a weekend, it’s very accommodating and didn’t get too hot despite the 90 degree weather. My boyfriend and I stayed here a few days while he was visiting, our only complaint is that the couch was more comfortable than the bed and we opted for the couch most nights.

Summary: We absolutely loved it ! Everything was perfect well equipped . Very quiet neighborhood didn't have to worry about our belongings. Close to town but yet out by itself . We enjoyed our stay and are already planning another trip 😃

Summary: Very happy about this cottage. Its cute and cozy but has everything you need. Was clean and comfy as well. Owners went out of their way to make sure you would have all the little things you may need in a pinch. For a fishing trip, few folks - it’s outstanding…. For a small group, 1-3 to stay in area for few days - would be excellent also. BR Christian
