Our clean and cozy condo is perfectly located with everything you need. There's a 3 piece bathroom and a full kitchen.
There is parking for 2 cars-one in front of the unit and the other in the back.

Summary: Clean and close to the beach. We walked to the beach every day only about 200 feet. It is a very comfortable place. We WILL be back.

Summary: Perfect location by the beach! Watch the sun rise and set over the ocean and stroll along the beach or sea wall on Long Sands beach. Convenient walk to a couple nice restaurants. Centrally located between York Harbor and Short Sands beach. The condo was perfect for 2 and had most amenities for a weeks visit. We didn’t cook but ate breakfast at the condo and that worked out well. Suggest to bring a hair dryer if you need one. The one there was pretty old and clogged in the back so it would not blow any air. I went with messy beach hair all week which was just fine. The host was great and responsive to any questions. Will definitely be back!

Summary: The condo was clean and as advertised. Loved being able to walk to the beach. We were lucky to have sunny weather for most of our stay. I would highly recommend this studio.

Summary: Immaculate,well-organized cozy condo. Only issue was noon check out advertised time on Vrbo…but book of instructions left in condo by owner indicated 11 am checkout. So we left at 11. Guess your records need updating. Would recommend highly!
