We kindly ask that you remove your shoes and place them in the trays by the doors. Relax and enjoy the theater seating—just a reminder that the chairs are wired to the floor, so please don’t move them. USB charging ports are located on the side of the loveseat and chair, and extra cozy blankets can be found above the dryer. Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. The electric fireplace is operated via the Honeywell wall control above the TV remote—press the up arrow to turn it on and adjust the temperature. Room heaters slide on using the bottom button and adjust with the top buttons; please keep luggage away for safety. Hot water may take a minute. For oven safety, do not place foil on the oven bottom. A mini office cabinet includes office supplies and a printer. The pantry is stocked with spices and oils—feel free to use them and replenish if possible; note the pantry light is bright, and the timer switch should be left as is.
Fire extinguishers are located inside the front door and in the garage, with a first aid kit above the washer/dryer.
Beach items—folding chairs, kites, soft coolers, balls, wagons—and two folding dog crates are in the garage. In the downstairs master bedroom, extra bedding is in the closet and the remote for LED closet lights is on the back wall; a Pack-and-Play crib, high chair, and a safety gate for the stairs are also stored here.
Upstairs, the sofa converts into a queen sleeper with bedding in the closet; a large black zippered bag contains a foldable floor mattress for one adult or two small kiddos. In the pool room, enjoy the pool table (keep the space tidy, hang the cover while playing, and return balls and cover afterward), and avoid food/drink on the table. The sofa is also a sideways full-size futon with bedding in the closet and setup instructions behind the door—watch your head on TV corners. In the backyard, note the deck can be slippery when wet or frosty; please walk carefully.
For dogs, clean up using the metal can, liners, and scoopers by the shed, and empty the small metal can into the large blue bin. Garbage pickup is Tuesday morning—keep bins accessible.
Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm–8am.
For the fire pit and grill, extra propane is in the black deck box, tools are in the black bag on the white kitchen cabinets, and please cover the fire pit when not in use.
The hot tub cover is cable-secured; unlatch at the bottom front and unfold slowly, relatch when done, open fully before jets, adjust temperature as desired and return to 100°F before checkout; plastic drinkware is provided and beach/hot tub towels are above the dryer.
