Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location was extremely close to the property we were viewing for possible purchase. It was a quiet and relaxing setting. The stairs were a little tricky since it rained then froze...can't fix the weather. Overall we enjoyed a very nice stay.

Negative: Since renting in winter season, providing sand to put on patio and stairs would be most helpful, and an actual curtain that shouts out the light in the bedroom area would be a great improvement.

Positive: Kevin and Barbie wanted to ensure I had everything I needed and told me many times, “ If there is anything you need let us know”. They were gracious enough to give me a dozen eggs, watermelon, coffee and water. They made me stay very enjoyable. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The back deck was nice to sit on in the evening when the heat of the day was past. I recommend this property if you want seclusion and peace.

Negative: It was fine for me, I had no challenges. If stairs are an issue for future guests this may be a challenge.

Positive: The location was great.... good views and lots of wildlife around. Woke up to wild turkeys in the yard every day. The owner is very friendly and truly wants guests to enjoy their stay.

Negative: It was not a problem for us, but if you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the place for you.
