Beeing full time host at our place for over 10 years. We offer A beautiful and comfortable apartment, at a perfect location (within 5 min walk from the main gate of Old town). Beside fantastic location, and a secure off-street parking beside the house. You will find numerous shops/restaurants within 200 meters!

Summary: Okay location, a little sketchy. Washer not accessible from rental area. Outdoor area needed cleaning.

Summary: Mike and his place were welcoming and accomodating. The location is perfect for walking into and around Old Quebec City. And the local restaurants were on the very next street over. Again, the community there was welcoming and kind.

Summary: Pros: Good location. Cozy apartment. Cons: Locks on the two sets of doors leaving the apartment should be upgraded. I have not seen such flimsy locks on a VRBO rental. The level of privacy was less than expected. The noise from people walking around in the unit above us was unexpected. Someone using a BBQ a few metres outside the kitchen window was a surprise.

Summary: My interaction with Mike was superb right from first contact. He quickly answered my questions, from general inquiries about the property to feedback about the day trip I planned. The apartment is lovely and exactly as shown in the photos. Mike and Marjory provided some thoughtful amenities, including an American-style coffee pot and French press; magazines on the mantel; a bookshelf full of books for pleasure reading and Quebec travel guides/ideas; and business cards for local restaurants and other amenities. Although getting around is easy and best done on foot, the availability of a parking spot immediately next to the apartment was one of the deciding factors for me, since I wanted to spend a couple of days in the countryside. (Car rental is available only a few blocks away). The city attractions are very walkable from the apartment, but do yourself a favor and spend a little time in the neighborhood, as well (St. Jean-Baptiste). There are great shops and restaurants all along Rue St. Jean, only one block away. On Saturday night during my stay, the street was closed to traffic and it seemed the whole neighborhood came out to the enjoy the lovely evening! Families, performing musicians, couples strolling, dog walkers, sidewalk sales, outside dining - fun to be a part of this. I highly recommend this property! You won't be disappointed by Mike and Marjory's hospitality. The neighborhood is terrific, in addition to being a convenient home-base for your stay.

Summary: This apartment is a superb place to stay in Quebec City. It is clean, comfortable, and within easy walking distance of most things any visitor to town would want to see. It is also very convenient to superb restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and food stores. The hosts are superb. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Pros: Great location, kitchen well equipped, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Cons: lots of light fixtures yet poor lighting, tv did not work 4 out 5 days yet contacted owner after day 1 issue never resolved. We stayed in February for a ski trip and found property cold.

Summary: We had such a lovely time and the apartment was in the perfect location to walk to all of the Quebec City must see sights plus restaurants, gourmet grocery stores, liquor stores and gift shops! Very cozy. We can't wait to come back!
