Positive: The location could not have been better. 10 minutes from airport and a few minutes from city center. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe and you entered house via keypad. The house was very well appointed and very clean. Nice for kids as well with fenced in backyard and wild raspberries and strawberries. Nice coffee machine with coffee. Would highly recommend!!

Positive: This vacation rental had all the amenities one could ever need. The owner paid attention to all of the little details such as having a basket of blankets by the couch, throw blankets on the bed, and chocolates by the pillows. The two different coffee machine options were excellent, as well as the available onsite coffee. There was a jetted soaking tub with all the towels one could ever need. The rental was tastefully decorated and had local art on display. There were three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full dining room, a kitchen with granite countertops, a large living room with a fireplace and extra large screen tv, and wood/tile flooring throughout the entire house. This place was better than described and was super comfortable and cozy.

Negative: Everything was wonderful.

Summary: Best south Anchorage place to stay!
