Positive: Husband: I thought it was great. Wife: IKEA everywhere! So, we don't really agree. This apartment is spacious and beyond clean. It's a new building with a some parking underground and an elevator. They have almost everything you need. The building is very close to the train tracks, so you get to see all sorts of trains go by. The train noise wasn't an issue. The Wifi was very good. A tram stop is just 2 or 3 blocks away, and we took it several times over just a few days. It was easy to use. The neighborhood is quiet.

Negative: I can't put my finger on where I felt they missed the mark, except that it's clearly an investment property, and as such has no charm or personalization. That's it! The title says "Cozy", it's not a cozy place. That doesn't mean it's bad, just mis-named. All the walls are the same color. All the curtains and bedding are the same color (the same color as the walls?), and EVERYTHING was purchased at IKEA, probably on the same day. So, nice place, inexpensively furnished. Rental in a box. In a mixed use neighborhood, close to the city center. So, I thought there was a mis-match between the price of the apartment and the actual. Part of that is because it's a 2 BR. IMHO, they charged a little too much extra for that. Needs a microwave. The 10 AM check out time felt early?

Negative: No microwave didn’t realise it was 2 tram rides or I station from the actual central station so some information on how to do this and find supermarket would of been nice Close to railway tracks so the trains keep us awake As it was very hot no fans No information on regarding Dresden

Summary: I do recommend cosy apartments and probably stay again

Positive: It is near to the S-Bahn station. Very close to the city center (5 minutes walk). It is also very big, modern, beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are super huge! Loved it.
