Positive: Lovely place for a great price! Particularly loved the bath and kitchen/living room area.

Negative: A bit of mould on the ceiling, the bathroom tiling was slightly worse for wear and the hot water can be very irritating to sort out

Positive: Nicely updated, good communication for any problems or requests that arose, easy instructions for accessing.

Negative: Beds uncomfortable, not easy to get hot water bad to remember to boost hot water every time and then wait an hour. Bedding wasn’t very thick/fluffy. Bed and fold out couch thin and uncomfortable.

Summary: For the price the stay was adequate but not fantastic.

Positive: The accommodation was amazing. It had everything that we needed. Very clean. Plug freshners gave the flat an amazing smell. It was furnished to a very high standard. The hosts were easily accessible if I needed them for whatever reason. None of which were bad. I would definitely stay there again.

Negative: There was nothing not to like. The only problem was the water took a while to heat up. I was told this at check in and shown what to do. Nonetheless it took a while. But this was out of the control of the host as it was the boiler system fitted throughout the entire building.

Summary: Hope it is available again when I next need to stay in Leicester

Negative: Difficult locating entrance door to the building + bathroom sink seemed to be a bit blocked. TV remote was a bit complicated for an older customer !
