Summary: I needed a clean bed and shower for one night in Ave Maria. That is exactly what this is. I could have stayed there a few more nights if necessary. I could have stayed there with my wife. However, It is ideal for a quick stay in Ave Maria. Communicating with Management was as easy as it could be given the vrbo way. However, Ken was extremely responsive much to my relief. In all likelihood, I or my wife will stay there again when visiting Ave..
