Positive: Just a little too far from Buckeye but we loved the place

Negative: The distance from Buckeye. And there were no tissues.

Positive: The house was nice and spacious. Nice walkable neighborhood with a nice park .Nothing nearby so make sure all your food stops and shopping is done before getting to the house.

Negative: The kitchen none of electrical plugs worked . When I reached out to the contact for the property they had no idea where or if the house even has a reset button. I looked all over the house. All I wanted was a fresh pot of coffee. So I moved the coffee pot to the living area. To then have the plug spark and started smoking. No damage but scary. So I spent the rest of the day and next morning terrified of my rental. Oh and the contact they wanted me to find the reset button and let them know. No sorry for your inconvenience maybe a suggestion for another property. First and last property rental. Wish I would have taken pictures of the electrical wiring hanging from the ceiling in the master bedroom.
