Positive: The location was excellent for us. Next to the train station and very close to all the tram lines. Lovely apartment with plenty of space. Well equipped with all you could need and some unexpected 'extras' such as jars of jam and bags of decaff coffee for the coffee machine. Estelle was very friendly and welcoming.

Negative: It was during our stay and there is no aircon in the apartment. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom but night time was still rather too warm

Summary: An excellent base for visiting Montpellier and the surrounding area.

Positive: A comfortable and clean apartment located near the train station and only a short walk to the old city. The bed is very comfortable. Everything you could need is in the apartment and there are nearby supermarkets, shops and restaurants . A wonderful stay.

Positive: Location was very convenient to train station, right across the street, and only a few blocks to the main square at Place de la Comédie. Estelle, the owner, was pleasant, very accommodating, and easy to communicate with. She tries to anticipate guests’ needs, stocking the apartment with the necessary appliances, cooking utensils, coffee/tea, and bathroom toiletries to make the stay pleasant.

Negative: Futon/sofa in main living space was uncomfortable. Bedroom pillows could be better. Shower was tiny but I found that in a lot of older buildings in France.
