Summary: It was a very nice, quite, little duplex. Very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 day stay. We cooked all our meals there. Cozy little get away for two. We would definitely stay again when visiting Pendleton.

Summary: We really enjoyed our brief stay. It was quiet and comfortable and just the right amount of room for the two of us! The only thing I would recommend is weather stripping for the front door as a draft and daylight is easily seen through the door! Otherwise our stay was perfect!

Summary: Apartment was clean, very cute decor, located in a dense residential neighborhood. Neighbors are very close on all sides, and one started doing loud yard work before 8am. Easy check in. Nice big television. Overall good choice for the price of a two bedroom.

Summary: Our stay was great! Very clean and newly renovated. It was probably mentioned but I don’t remember seeing that it is a duplex. I’m not used to sharing a wall with something and was always worried my kiddos were being too loud. Parking was nice and a/c worked great.

Summary: The rental is 1/2 of a duplex located in an older neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown Pendleton. The neighborhood is very quiet, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. The rate charged per night was higher than what was listed and when I questioned it the explanation was confusing. It was a comfortable space for our stay.
