Summary: The apartment is generous for four adults. It will serve those well who want to spend most of their time on the ski slopes and or otherwise out and about. Nice views from the breakfast table or balcony are inviting a relaxed start of the day. The kitchen is adequately equipped, not more. The host communicated in a friendly and efficient manner. The location is at the beginning of town coming from Chur but still within easy walking distance to everything. In short, the place is a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable abode without expecting luxury.

Summary: It was our second time at Nicolai's apartment and probably not last. Location is fantastic for skiers and for hikers. Nice and quiet neighborhood with skibus stop just in front of the house. Apartment is sunny and spacious, very well equipped, clean and tidy. The host - Nicolai is very supportive, easy reachable and really takes care about his guests. Vielen Dank Nicolai
