This house offers exactly what a vacation home should offer: Space and clutter-free. Home has two nice size bedrooms and two full baths with a family room. Fully renovated kitchen (stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops). It has a beautifully paved single car driveway and one-car garage. There is an enclosed rear porch that oversees a very wide and deep canal. It has a gorgeous paved and lit pathway in the back of the house that leads to the boat dock. The boat dock has a bench and chairs where you can sit, read, and admire nature! If you would rather sit in front of the house, be my guest because you'll have a fantastic view of Lake Francis. House is very centrally located: 20 minutes to Sebring and one hour and a half to Disney World!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed this home away from home for the last 21/2 months……. quiet street, wonderful peek~a~boo lake view & soothing on the canal home! Very clean and everything you need accommodations! Met some of the nice neighbors! Owner was great to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean upon our arrival. It was in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood and the owners were very prompt on any communication we had with them. My husband especially enjoyed sitting on the dock. Highly recommend this rental to anyone. We would definitely rent again.
