Positive: Great location, space, off street parking

Negative: Property had been smoked in, off street parking gate lock didn’t work; WiFi (therefore TV) did not work; facilities access overall needs updating. The local maintenance guys were pleasant but the property management company did not respond in a timely manner nor communicate to me what they were doing to address the issues I reported. I had to call them 3-4 times, and the local maintenance guys still did not know the issues I reported when they contacted me directly. Was not a good value given what we paid to stay at the property.

Positive: Location was no more than 15 minutes from everywhere, very clean and spacious to fit 8 of us, had its own parking,taco shop,restaurants, and Walmart in walking distance,

Negative: could be noisy at night. light sleepers should sleep in the back. the front door lock was very tricky.

Summary: very nice and accommodating. hosts answered quick with any requests. will definitely book again

Positive: Spacious home provided extra toiletries/towels, cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, pots & pans. The host Lilia provided immediate response to my issues and extended our check out time to 12 noon due to the delay upon check in.

Negative: Our check in was delayed by over an hour, since we were waiting outside for more than an hour house was cleaned in a rush (not thoroughly cleaned). Pillows were very flat, needs to be replaced, hot water pot didn't work. Reported this to the host, but did not receive a replacement until, 3 days later. House located in a noisy neighborhood, loud pounding noise at 3 am and trains running..

Positive: First thing, the renter was great at communicating with me and answering all questions very quickly! The house is adorable, everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were there to Move our daughter into Loyola and the location was a few miles away!

Negative: Street noise was noticeable and someone close to us straighten big machinery around 6 am
