Beautiful highway/Interstate drive, only 20 min to the city of Rio Rancho, plenty of restaurants, coffee/brewery's, and shops. I-25 is a short drive away, go South, be in Albuquerque in no time! Or go North to Santa Fe just over an hour away! Enjoy the natural surroundings of the Jemez Mountains very nearby from this comfy 2(3) bed, 2 bath home. Two private master suites, homey and amply furnished, includes all the needed amenities. This property has been updated with many modern conveniences but still maintains the charm and character of a classic NM adobe house. Some finishes include beamed ceilings, thick adobe walls, concrete floors, diamond plastered walls. It's surrounded by large cottonwood trees, very quiet and comfy. Warm sunny surroundings, cozy furnishings, and a general pleasant atmosphere to relax in. Enjoy the views of the foothills from the front or back covered porches which have cozy patio furniture and flagstone flooring; it's a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy big blue NM skies by day and starry skies by night. Wi-fi and smart TV are included.
